What is Premenstrual Syndrome?

PMS is a disorder characterized by a set of hormonal changes that trigger disruptive symptoms in a significant number (estimated 40 million suffers) of women for up to two weeks prior to menstruation.

Often symptoms tend to taper off with menstruation and women remain symptom-free until the two weeks or so prior to the next menstrual period. These regularly recurring symptoms from ovulation until menses typify PMS, premenstrual syndrome.

How do I use Femalite?

Age 10 – 12: Ten drops in a little water two to three times per day.

Age twelve and up: 10-15 drops in a little water three to four times a day.

Caution: Safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not yet been established.

How long until I see results?

Begin use about 5 days before the onset of menstruation or when the first signs of PMS are noted. Improvement is apparent within about 5 minutes.

Femalite can be used before menstruation begins and also for the first day or two of bleeding to prevent menstrual cramps and irritability.

How long will a bottle last?
